trompe l'oeil
Trompe l'oeil can look breathtaking in the right setting. They
can add humour, beauty and simply be, in themselves, inspiring.
I have started doing trompe l'oeil on screens which solves a
number of problems. It makes the luxury of a hand painted mural
more accessible, I can work on them in my studio and they don't
require the wall space a mural demands. They also become useful
objects in their own right.
The screens shown are for sale and I also take commissions.
They can be made to any shape and size desired and are painted
on heavy duty M.D.F. Due to the nature of each piece being so
individual prices will vary. |
